HI, I’M JAMES!

I’m a former CEO with a track record of leading businesses across fast-paced, complex industries both in the UK and internationally.

Today, I work with high-performing leaders, senior execs and founders who appear successful on the outside but feel stuck in a cycle of pressure, overwork and disconnection on the inside.

I know that cycle well. I’ve lived it and I’ve done the deep work to break it. Building the mindset, systems and habits that helped me show up differently not just at work, but in life. Now, I help others do the same.

I’m a qualified Master Coach, certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy™, and a Hypnotherapist. My approach blends real-world executive experience with practical, proven tools to help you take back control of your time, energy and direction.
