If your habits keep falling apart, it’s not because you’re weak, it’s because your strategy is sh*t.

Let’s be honest - you’re not failing, you’re just doing it wrong.

If you wanted to learn guitar and kept whacking the strings like you were trying to kill a spider, you’d get nowhere. Hire a teacher, change your approach and suddenly you’re cranking out Wonderwall like it’s 1995.

Same with losing weight, switching careers, getting fitter or ditching booze — you don’t suck, you just haven’t found the right way for you yet.

Here’s the simple (but not easy) system I use with my clients that works for pretty much anything.

The WHAT – I want to drop 5 kilos, feel dangerously good naked and run a 5k in under 30 minutes without feeling like my lungs are trying to escape.

The HOW – I’m training 5 times a week, hitting 8k steps a day, eating in a calorie deficit, drinking more water and having someone in my corner to hold me to it.

The WHY – This is where you stop bullsh*tting yourself. I’m done being breathless walking upstairs. I want to feel confident in bed and I want to play with my kids without needing a nap.

Habits stick when your why slaps you in the face, your how is bulletproof and your what makes you grin just thinking about it.

So, what’s the habit you keep screwing up… and are you finally ready to do it properly?

P.S. If you want to stop pretending you’ll start on Monday, drop me a DM.
